ONE-YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY

During the warranty period (as defined below), we will replace any product that suffers a defect in materials or manufacturing. Please note that "defects" do not include normal wear and tear. Our products are designed for rigorous use, but they will wear with time, especially if they are not used in accordance with their instructions. For example, "sawing" the main strap of the TRX Suspension Trainer through the loop of the TRX Suspension Anchor or Door Anchor in a pulley-like fashion will cause one or both pieces of nylon to abrade. Such abrasion is natural and is not evidence of defect. Similarly, the foam handles of the TRX Suspension Trainer can nick or tear with repeated rough use. This is not a defect (and can be easily repaired by wrapping the handles with black athletic tape). If you have questions about the scope of our warranty coverage, please contact customer service. The warranty period for products in private, non-commercial use is 12 months. For products used commercially (such as in a health club, training studio, boot camp, personal training business or any military or government facility), the warranty period is three months.

LIMITED 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it unopened and in its original packaging anytime within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and handling). At our discretion, we may accept opened product subject to a 30% return fee.

Non-defective exercise content - e.g., posters, exercise guides and DVDs - may not be returned or exchanged.

INSTRUCTIONS

Before returning any item, you must receive from Sling Fitness a return authorization code. Items received without a code will be returned unopened.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

This warranty provides the exclusive and sole remedy available to you and supersedes any other representations, written, oral, or otherwise. To the full extent permissible by applicable state and federal laws, we specifically DISCLAIM ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTIES ALLEGED TO ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. In no event shall any implied warranty imposed by operation of law exceed the shortest applicable warranty period as specified above. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT SHALL SLING FITNESS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ALLEGED TO ARISE UNDER THIS WARRANTY, OR ALLEGED TO BE OWED DUE TO ANY FAILURE TO DELIVER GOODS, OR FROM ANY USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT DUE TO ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
